Core locations such as Brickell, Edgewater, Wynwood, Coral Gables and Miami Beach trade about 0.25% tighter. Outer markets such as Homestead and Florida City trade about 0.50% wider. Buildings from before 1980 trade about 0.25% wider, and buildings from 2010 or later about 0.25% tighter.
